Model BPJ4/5 Mine-used Frequency-converter for AC Motor with
Flameproof and I.S., with its core parts imported from ABB, is a
new type of mine-used frequency-converter for 1140 V motor.
The frequency-converter utilizes technology of vector control, is
suitable for AC 1140 V, 50 Hz power supply system, can adjust speed
of three-phases AC motor of 350 A and under 350 A, realize smooth
start, stop and speed adjusting of motors with various loads,
completely eliminate mechanical and electrical shock and extend
life of equipment.
The frequency-converter utilizes advanced technologies of
ventilation fan and vacuum heat-pipe dissipation, compared to water
or oil dissipation, it needs less maintenance and it is more
suitable for severe environment in mine underground and effectively
resolves dissipation problem of high-power modules.
The frequency-converter has flexible control modes. It has three
modes of frequency convert starting and running, frequency convert
starting and industrial frequency running, direct starting and
running under special condition; it has communication interfaces
for local, remote and centralized control; it has power balance
adjustment function for automatic adjusting of multiple motors,
without help of speed-control hydraulic coupler, CST or other
mechanical equipment; it can realize energy-saving running with
4~20 mA current or 0~10 V voltage supplied by outer sensor, that
is, according to real load, automatically control rotation speed of
motor and reduce wear of motor; it has simple structure, with
square flameproof casing, fast-open door structure, exchangeable
handcart-type vacuum contactor, very convenient for installation,
checking and maintenance. |
